The kimchi stew was spicy, especially the galbitang soup was cool and the meat was soft, so the children really enjoyed it. The side dishes came out neatly, so I think it would be good to serve customers, so I will take a guest next time.

We had the dinner combo for 4 and loved it. It was very filling and we could barely get through all the food. All the side dishes were tasty and fun to try out. We really enjoyed their take on the Korean cocktails. Servers were helpful and quick and never left us waiting too long. Will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.

My kid and I recently visited this restaurant, it definitely left a lasting impression. The place was bustling, so I recommend making a reservation if you plan to go during dinner rush hours. Despite having to wait for 30 minutes for a table, the service was impressively fast and incredibly kind, each server was attentive, warm, and welcoming. The food was outstanding. I had the hot bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl, my kid had the raw version beautifully arranged with fresh vegetables, raw marinated beef, an egg yolk on top, and garnished with pine nuts. The flavors were rich and balanced, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. If you're a fan of traditional Korean cuisine, this dish is a must-try. The restaurant even features a robot server, which was a fun and efficient addition to the dining experience. It’s not the cheapest place, but for the quality of the food, the speed of service, and the overall experience, it's absolutely worth the price. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Strongly recommended this Korean restaurant. They serve set lunch until 2PM, price 20/ pax besides BBQ, a la cart menu. Located in downtown of Victoria, paid parking lot nearby, friendly and caring waiter. Enjoyed the dinner.

The staff is very accommodating. I loved that our order came with side dishes. We ordered Donkatsu and Kimchi Jjigae, both tasted good.

There aren't many options for Korean grill in the area, so we're really happy to have this place. The food is always delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and a fun grilling experience right at the table. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially if it's your first time. It’s become our go-to place for family dinners and special outings. Highly recommend for anyone craving Korean BBQ!

Sura is the best Korean barbecue place in town. I've been coming here since I moved to Victoria a couple of years ago. The meat portions are just right, and you get unlimited sides with the BBQ. The food is great, and the atmosphere is nice.
